Priority Booking Service with Cascadia Motivation

In partnership with IG Wealth Management, Cascadia Motivation has blocked group travel space, where applicable, for President’s Program dates to offer the best-possible options at economical prices. Should you wish to stopover en-route or utilize a different airport than Los Angeles International (97km/60mi) or John Wayne Airport/Orange County (35km/22mi), you will be responsible for your own travel arrangements and will assume payment responsibility for any fees or increases in airfare that may be applied by the airline.

Airline tickets are issued at a 100% non-refundable fare. Cascadia Motivation will email you a confirmation and flight itinerary upon completion of the online registration. You will be required to respond via email confirming you accept the flights by the date indicated for airline tickets to be issued. Any subsequent changes will depend on availability and be subject to change fees and/or airfare increases, for which you will be responsible. This is standard airline policy.

Booking Your Own Flights

Should you decide to book your own flights, you will be reimbursed for the actual cost of your flight only, to a maximum of your air allotment. When booking through a loyalty program (e.g. Aeroplan, Air Miles), you will be reimbursed to the class of fare booked and subject to your allotment, i.e. Business or Economy Class, based on your eligible fare.

If you booked your own flights, please forward a copy of your flight itinerary to Karin Pearce at Cascadia Motivation (karinp@cascadiamotivation.com).

For reimbursement, you must submit a copy of your flight invoice to Stefanie Pavarin-Tome, Dept. 107. Your reimbursement will appear on your commission statement as a taxable item. Hotel and meal expenses related to travel one day before and one day after the program are eligible for Practice Credit reimbursement.

If arriving to Los Angeles International Airport, we recommend you arrive by 2:30 p.m. If arriving to John Wayne/Orange County, we recommend you arrive by 3:30 p.m.

Air Allotments (per person)

These are the maximum per-person reimbursement amounts (inclusive of all taxes) for qualifiers who are extending dates or booking their own air travel. Airfare is included for the qualifier only. Guest airfare is not included in registration.

Should you book your travel through Cascadia Motivation, the qualifier airfare will be charged to IG Wealth Management and the guest airfare will be the responsibility of the qualifier to pay on their own. Cascadia Motivation can assist with air travel for both the qualifier and guest.

For arrivals and departures on group dates, transfers will be provided from Los Angeles International Airport (97km/60mi) or John Wayne Airport/Orange County (35km/22mi). Should you deviate from these dates, transfers will be your own responsibility.

If arriving to Los Angeles International Airport, we recommend you arrive by 2:30 p.m. If arriving to John Wayne Airport/Orange County, we recommend you arrive by 3:30 p.m.

Practice Credits

To use your Practice Credits to cover your guest’s travel expenses for President’s Council, please complete this form and submit to Compensation Services, Dept. 238 for reimbursement.
